• Free In-Home Consultation – Every project includes a free in-home consultation. We discuss your vision and evaluate the current layout to determine how to maximize space for your home and needs.

• Initial Design – After seeing the space and understanding your vision, we take measurements and  create the project design and layout.

• Material Selection – After the design comes the excitement of choosing the materials. With a large selection of the materials  to choose from such as cabinets, countertops, fixtures, lighting, tiling, etc, we Will talk you through it.  Whether you want granite countertops or quartz or a modern concrete design, we’ll help you find the right materials for your style and budget.

• Estimate & Contract - Once all parties understand the scope of the remodel and have agreed to the baseline estimate, we provide a contract. Once the contract is signed we proceed as partners to create your dream project.

• Project Timeline & Schedule – Once the designs are finalized and the materials ordered, we create a full project timeline and schedule down to the day, so you know what to expect and when.

• Permits & Logistics – As a design-build remodeling company, we take care of every step, including securing permits and submitting all building plans to your towns building inspection office.

• We Get to Work – During every step from demolition to construction to installation, Grim Builders cleans up every day, so your home is still a place you can enjoy, even during construction. Your renovation specialist will provide regular updates to keep you informed.

• Unveiling – After all the steps you finally made it! It’s time to enjoy your new dream kitchen!​
