2. Preliminary
Assessment

Once we have gathered details about you and your project, we provide preliminary estimations to see if our expectation align with our clients. If so, we will proceed with scheduling an on-sight visit to get to know our clients further. We will also gather a more detailed scope of the project at hand.

3. Pre-construction
Contract

After the assessment, we conduct our pre-construction contract agreement to being preparations for your project. This allows us to give you our undivided commitment on your project as well as produce an accurate estimate and developed plan for a successful outcome on your project. The cost of this service is dependent on the scope of work and complexities of each individualized project. Our past clients agree, the value that is provided is unmatched as it lays out the project clearly, reduces change orders, and provides a better product in the end.

4. Project
Design

This is where the paper meets the pen, as we start to make a concept become a tangible plan. We work with our clients and the designers, draftsmen, and structural engineers on our team. Before finalized plans are rendered it often takes multiple drafts before establishing the perfect layout. We use these plans for accurate material orders, our subcontractors proposals, and permit submissions.

5. Product
Selection

Now the fun part begins. Our clients get to pick and choose the materials that will determine the look of there project. You can expect to browse showrooms, and choose through amazing options of things like flooring, hardware, cabinetry, paint color, millwork details, and so much more!

6. Finalized
Contract

Once we have established a finalized plan with our client and out team, we draft our finalized contract. We present the final construction contract to put your project into action. We have found the years that our lump sum agreement contracts and our cost plus contracts work best for our clients. The contract agreement is our road map, its guides our clients and us to the end destination of a successful project complete.

7. Order
Materials

With a finalized agreement and down payment, we being the process of ordering the material that we will need for the first phases of your project. We also place our special order items to insure we have out material arrive at the appropriate phases.

8. Develop
Schedule

Once material accusation and lead times have been established, we develop project timelines. We put into place start dates as well as substantial Completion dates to help establish a timeframes for out clients. We also create your personalized project itinerary through Asana, so you know exactly what to expect for the duration of your project.

9. Start
Construction

During construction, you can expect our team to be consistent and in constant communication with you. We have a track record of being on time, keep work sites clean and tight, and manitingin a high standard of job site safety. Our goal is to make the entire construction process as easy and seamless as possible.

10. Final
Walk-Through

Before we close out a project, we conduct a final walkthrough. In our walkthrough we will create and review a punch list of items to unsure every detail is accounted. Our detailed process ensures we maintain a high quality quality control. We also stand behind our one year warranty to insure our clients can have peace of mind.
